Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience managing regional marketing programs, including industry conferences, executive events, customer engagement, and channel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong partnership with Sales and the ability to align marketing programs with pipeline and business objectives.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Candidates preferred to be based in the Central or Eastern regions of the United States to support collaboration with our EMEA team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned with pipeline, revenue, and business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver integrated regional marketing programs, including industry conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, channel marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and customer engagement programs.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align regional priorities and maximize business impact.
  • Own regional marketing budget, forecasting, vendor management, and performance tracking to ensure efficient investment and measurable ROI.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans while ensuring operational excellence across planning, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder management.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and key business metrics, continuously optimizing programs based on data and insights.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, event organizers, and strategic partners to ensure successful program execution.
