Requirements
- Deep, hands-on proficiency in constructing complex logic systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
- Strong background in AI safety, guardrails, policy ladders, and model performance evaluation.
- Native-level English verbal and written fluency.
- Proven track record of hyper-fast technical adaptability across new languages and AI paradigms.
- Experience in technical enablement, developer relations, technical consulting, or engineering mentorship.
- Solid foundation in distributed architecture and functional programming.
- Strong professional experience with Java or other JVM-based languages.
- Working knowledge of cloud-native deployment and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with Akka (Clustering, Persistence, and Streams) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical workshops and architectural deep-dives for customer development teams.
- Act as a technical anchor, providing architectural guidance and pairing on production logic.
- Build proofs of concept (spikes) to demonstrate platform capabilities and help customers scale.
- Advise customers on agentic strategy, including context engineering and semantic data management.
- Guide customers in building enterprise-grade policy ladders, AI safety guardrails, and testing suites.
- Ensure production stability by advising on SRE best practices, container orchestration, and Kubernetes deployment.
- Serve as a bidirectional bridge between customer engineering teams and internal product/engineering stakeholders.
