Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Four to six years of experience executing global marketing programs within the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, diagnostics, or scientific tools industry.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting product marketing, product launches, or go-to-market initiatives preferred.
- Experience managing agencies, contractors, or direct reports preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns to support demand generation and improve lead conversion rates.
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans across digital, social media, webinars, and events.
- Create marketing collateral including sales presentations, datasheets, white papers, and application notes.
- Track campaign performance using demand generation metrics to optimize effectiveness.
- Plan and execute conferences, workshops, and customer events.
- Partner with Sales teams to support enablement initiatives and regional activities.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
- Provide guidance to contractors and agencies, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Maintain marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop corporate content to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.
