Requirements
- Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience.
- 2-3+ years of experience developing or delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training.
- 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare IT implementations or process improvement.
- Deep understanding of EHR workflows and medical-legal documentation standards.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport with clinicians.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and dashboard monitoring.
- Experience with VA healthcare systems (VistA/CPRS or Cerner/Oracle Health) is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual training sessions and train-the-trainer workshops for VA clinicians.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to clinicians and lead office hours to support adoption.
- Conduct clinical workflow assessments at VA sites to identify integration opportunities.
- Monitor user feedback, adoption metrics, and quality indicators to identify barriers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate clinical needs into actionable feedback.
- Manage site go-lives and deployment of targeted intervention strategies.
