Requirements

- Experience with end-to-end technical implementations.
- Proficiency in managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for facilitating client meetings and training.
- Expertise in consultative advisory with a focus on client success.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills, including Excel proficiency.
- Adaptability to work in evolving startup environments.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in accounting or tax industry preferred.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with workflow or project management software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts, maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and escalating complexities.
- Partner with firm administrators and key users to align priorities, clarify responsibilities, and maintain momentum.
- Lead kickoff meetings, configuration sessions, and training sessions using established frameworks.
- Guide customers on workflow setup and day-to-day platform best practices.
- Support customers in importing contacts and work items using Excel, ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor project progress to identify and mitigate risks to adoption timelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
- Leverage AI tools to support project planning, communications, and process optimization.
