Requirements
- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to management.
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling to new and existing customers.
- Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to negotiate and present to C-suite executives.
- Expertise in identifying and articulating complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Must be based in California, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego.
- Ability to travel for customer-facing activities, events, and occasional in-person onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated territory by acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions, including Extended Access Management.
- Present and negotiate with C-suite executives, using a consultative approach to articulate value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams like BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success to drive tailored solutions.
- Represent 1Password at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
