Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or GTM Business Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or a similarly data-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, conversion, velocity, productivity, capacity planning, territories, enablement, and rep performance.
  • Ability to independently structure complex problems, define business objectives, develop hypotheses, and create actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience moving beyond reporting metrics to explain performance drivers and recommend improvements.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience building dashboards and analyses using Tableau or similar BI platforms, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Experience supporting sales operating rhythms such as forecasting, performance reviews, quarterly planning, and annual capacity planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to follow initiatives from insights through implementation and impact measurement.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures, including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, activities, products, users, and funnel attribution concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate with analytics and data teams while understanding modern data environments and business intelligence practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales forecasting and performance analysis by identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers behind business outcomes.
  • Develop insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews, creating KPI frameworks and leadership-ready narratives.
  • Analyze sales funnel performance, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, sales velocity, productivity, capacity, attainment, territories, and rep performance.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analyses by defining success metrics, testing hypotheses, identifying root causes, and recommending impactful actions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis through execution and measurement, ensuring improvements deliver measurable business results.
  • Evaluate pricing, packaging, discounting, segmentation, and product mix impacts on bookings, conversion, velocity, and unit economics.
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions using Tableau, Salesforce, Google Sheets, SQL, and other analytics tools.
  • Establish clear KPI definitions, business rules, and measurement frameworks to improve decision-making consistency.
  • Identify reporting, process, and data-quality gaps while partnering with Operations, Systems, and Analytics teams to improve data reliability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to connect demand generation performance with pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
  • Support capacity planning and operating strategy by developing scenarios based on productivity, ramp, coverage, and conversion assumptions.
  • Improve the sales analytics environment by prioritizing reporting needs, simplifying dashboards, and building scalable performance-management solutions.
