Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or GTM Business Operations.
- Strong commercial judgment and GTM business acumen within B2B SaaS or data-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and define clear business outcomes.
- Hands-on analytical strength in building dashboards using Tableau (or comparable BI tools) and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in SQL for independent data querying, validation, and investigation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, etc.) and GTM object relationships.
- Experience supporting recurring operating cadences like forecasting, QBRs, and annual capacity planning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience in SMB, velocity Sales, new-logo acquisition, outbound, or territory design is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sales forecasting and performance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and improve forecast quality.
- Shape KPI frameworks and build leadership-ready analysis for monthly business reviews.
- Diagnose Sales funnel and productivity performance across SDR and AE motions.
- Develop actionable recommendations from ambiguous business problems by defining outcomes and testing hypotheses.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from initial diagnosis through impact measurement and implementation.
- Evaluate impacts of pricing, packaging, and segmentation on sales velocity and unit economics.
- Build and maintain decision-ready reporting while identifying data quality gaps.
- Support annual capacity and operating planning via scenario modeling for Sales and Finance.
