Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business operations, corporate strategy, or technology enablement.
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar platforms like Tableau or Looker.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical or process solutions.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in an evolving environment.
- Experience identifying and applying AI solutions while considering privacy and governance principles.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs and operational performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into technical reporting requirements.
- Monitor data accuracy, dashboard performance, and coordinate with technical teams for support.
- Own business-facing platforms, including innovation tools and virtual data rooms.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to generate recommendations for leadership.
- Explore AI and automation applications to improve operational efficiency and reporting workflows.
- Develop documentation and user guidance to support tool adoption.
