Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in information security.
- Strong understanding of enterprise identity platforms, SSO, MFA, and access management.
- Experience with endpoint security tools, MDM platforms, and email security solutions.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, or CJIS is a plus.
- Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on secure development practices.
- Ability to automate security processes using Python, shell scripting, or similar tools.
- Experience with vendor risk management and third-party security assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage security controls and policies across corporate IT environments.
- Own and improve identity and access management programs, including SSO, MFA, and access governance.
- Manage endpoint security capabilities such as EDR, MDM, and device configuration standards.
- Strengthen email and network security, including phishing protection, data loss prevention, and firewalls.
- Own vulnerability management processes, including scanning, prioritization, and patch management.
- Evaluate and manage third-party security risks through vendor reviews and ongoing monitoring.
- Support compliance activities, audits, and penetration tests.
- Partner with engineering and IT teams to integrate security requirements into projects and system designs.
