Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and managing corporate security / IT security programs.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills to produce results rather than just manage process.
- Deep experience hardening endpoints and enterprise systems.
- Solid OS internals knowledge (macOS, Windows, Linux).
- Experience across CorpSec domains including endpoint security, corporate identity, SaaS security, device trust, and Zero Trust.
- Proven ability to build and maintain automation and tooling (e.g., Python or similar).
- Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and direct impact.
Responsibilities
- Harden and manage endpoints across the fleet (macOS, and others as needed) including baseline hardening, device posture, EDR coverage, and tuning.
- Own corporate identity and access management, including SSO/MFA, least-privilege access, and identity hygiene across the SaaS stack.
- Secure and standardize enterprise systems and SaaS environment while driving Zero Trust and device-trust patterns.
- Build automation and tooling to enforce security configuration and scale controls without slowing the team down.
- Handle enterprise security operations including detection, monitoring, and response for corporate systems.
- Serve as the internal security SME on corporate systems and workflow decisions.
