Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service-related role.
- Full written and verbal proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week.
- Flexibility to increase hours based on business needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with targets and KPIs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Too Good To Go users by answering inquiries through email and chat.
- Handle priority situations with a high level of care.
- Work closely with the wider CX team to resolve user issues.
- Act as a brand ambassador in all communications with users.
- Communicate user needs and motivations to local and global internal teams.
- Utilize the knowledge base and CX channels to ensure accurate responses.
