Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including variables and design systems.
- Experience designing responsive websites across multiple devices.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user feedback integration.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive web experiences focusing on layout, typography, color, media, and accessibility.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and refine concepts.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
