Requirements
- Deep understanding of fundamental design principles: typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic proficiency in motion design tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Proven experience in branding and maintaining cohesive brand systems.
- Ability to create templated design systems and scalable asset libraries.
- Knowledge of design requirements for diverse channels including social, print, web, and email.
- Experience preparing files for print and knowledge of production technologies.
- Experience using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT) for workflow automation.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS or no-code tools for design automation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop the Boosters brand identity and visual language across various media channels.
- Design visual materials for social media and external marketing initiatives.
- Create assets for internal communications including presentations, merchandise, and event graphics.
- Support product teams with email banners, icons, and illustrations.
- Manage and evolve a scalable library of branded design assets.
