Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production LLM agent systems with real-world users and operational history.
- Expertise in designing robust evaluation frameworks, including golden sets, behavioral assertions, and judge rubrics.
- Deep technical experience with API integrations and authoring MCP servers.
- Hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience in Python on GCP.
- Ability to own architecture and infrastructure end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, and rollback.
- Strong understanding of software design principles regarding human interaction and notification management.
- Ability to work autonomously as the sole engineer on a platform.
- Experience building systems that non-engineers can adopt voluntarily.
Responsibilities
- Ship the agent platform to production, including an event-triggered queue, model-agnostic runtime, and durable state management.
- Develop and own the evaluation layer, including golden suites, behavioral assertions, and CI gates for regression testing.
- Build and register an agent portfolio for reporting, linting, triage, and meta-level platform observation.
- Enforce strict governance in code, including risk-tiered pipelines and least-privilege credentials for agents.
- Design automated communication systems to manage interruption budgets and message bundling.
- Manage platform tooling including compilers, validators, and distribution paths for context and capabilities.
- Compute operational maturity metrics for teams from production data.
- Instrument platform return by logging work absorbed by agents and calculating monthly value metrics.
