Job Details

5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or a related data role.
Strong SQL proficiency for complex data transformation and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud) for modeling, testing, and deployment.
Experience working with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas.
Proficiency with BI tools (preferably Sigma) to create dashboards and reports.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: Git, testing, code review, and CI/CD.
Comfort working with semi-structured data like JSON.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
Ability to work backwards from business questions to data requirements.
Strong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain data models in Snowflake using dbt for product analytics.
Define and maintain metrics frameworks and KPIs to drive product and business decisions.
Build interactive dashboards and self-service reports in Sigma for stakeholders.
Design instrumentation strategies with engineering teams to capture product signals.
Partner with product managers to translate product questions into precise analytical insights.
Conduct deep-dive analyses including funnel and cohort analysis and root cause investigations.
Own data quality end-to-end, including dbt tests, validation, and documentation.
Optimize query performance and warehouse costs in Snowflake.
Establish and enforce data governance standards and consistent metric definitions.
