Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in organic search/SEO with senior leadership ownership of business outcomes.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring and team development.
- 8+ years of expertise in technical SEO and AI-native discovery (AEO/LLMs), plus proven CRO proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and defend GTM strategy and business cases using data.
- Strong technical fluency in site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience evaluating and selecting SEO, AEO, and CRO tooling and vendors at scale.
- Proven ability to leverage automation, AI, and programmatic approaches to scale content and experimentation.
- Comfort operating in rapidly evolving search landscapes and defining new measurement frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Architect the vision and multi-year roadmap for organic search, AEO, and CRO as a cohesive growth engine.
- Define market position in the era of AI-mediated discovery, including LLMs, AI Overviews, and conversational search environments.
- Oversee an always-on CRO framework to maximize patient acquisition and downstream clinical outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to identify technical investments that improve discoverability and site performance.
- Orchestrate alignment across PR, Lifecycle, Clinical, and Compliance teams to ensure growth mechanisms are compliant with HIPAA and WCAG standards.
- Directly own P&L accountability, growth forecasting, capital allocation, and ROI tracking for organic channels.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing organic growth organization and elite agency network.
