Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Expertise in creating content for financial services or insurance domains with a high standard for accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to build and operate automated content production pipelines.
- Proficiency in leveraging LLMs for drafting, synthesizing, and automating content creation.
- Strong editorial judgment for both human and AI-generated output.
- Ability to define and manage editorial standards and quality control systems.
- Experience managing teams, including direct reports and freelancers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain content that ranks on Google and earns citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Define Jerry's editorial engine strategy across internal and external channels to drive organic growth.
- Design and operate a scalable content production system including LLM prompts, QA gates, and human-edit checkpoints.
- Set and enforce editorial standards including named authors, sourced claims, and transparent review processes.
- Track performance across SEO and AEO to identify and close visibility gaps.
- Lead a team consisting of one direct report, AI agents, and a freelance bench.
