Requirements
- 7+ years in content and editorial roles.
- 3+ years leading an SEO-driven content program at a consumer, fintech, insurtech, or marketplace brand.
- Hands-on command of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for drafting and research.
- Proven experience with SEO and content tools such as Sitefire, Surfer, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or Frase.
- Fluency in Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and GA4.
- Proven experience managing at least one writer and/or a freelance bench.
- Experience working in a regulated or high-stakes content category (insurance, personal finance, health, or legal).
- Demonstrable track record of measurable organic growth results.
- Portfolio demonstrating voice, editorial judgment, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Own Jerry's editorial engine across jerry.ai and external platforms, including roadmap, architecture, resource allocation, and conversion targets.
- Design and run the brief to publish workflow, managing prompt libraries, QA gates, and quality-drift metrics.
- Build content clusters to rank on Google and earn citations from AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Set and enforce editorial voice, style guides, and trust infrastructure for YMYL finance content.
- Manage at least one writer and a freelance bench while producing high-quality content personally.
