Requirements
- Hands-on experience editing and publishing SEO content to a high standard.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals including metadata, headings, internal linking, anchor text, and URL structure.
- Ability to identify and correct factual inaccuracies, weak claims, and AI-generated hallucinations.
- Experience working across CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems.
- Strong English editing and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
- Ability to work independently, document work clearly, and communicate proactively in Slack.
- Comfortable using AI tools to facilitate content production while maintaining human-level quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a 95%+ client approval rate through rigorous quality assurance.
- Perform quality checks on AI-assisted articles for accuracy, readability, and brand voice.
- Fix technical issues such as broken links, metadata, internal linking, and factual inaccuracies.
- Publish 3-5 articles daily across multiple CMS platforms including WordPress and Webflow.
- Optimize images, metadata, and on-page formatting for search and user experience.
- Provide clear updates via Slack and maintain logs of QA and publishing activity.
- Identify recurring content issues and suggest improvements to AI prompts and production workflows.
