Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, or content marketing, ideally in a B2C or content-driven environment.
- Strong content creation, editing, and quality management skills.
- Hands-on SEO expertise including keyword research, search intent mapping, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience managing content via content management systems like WordPress.
- Strong conversion rate optimization mindset with experience in testing and iterating improvements.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
- Experience using analytics and SEO tools including GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to brand and user experience quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a revenue-focused SEO and content strategy in collaboration with marketing leadership.
- Manage hands-on SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword targeting, search intent analysis, and internal linking.
- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, and scalable assets.
- Build AI-enhanced marketing workflows to increase execution speed while maintaining quality standards.
- Partner with subject matter experts to produce authoritative content and thought leadership.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with external writers.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize website experiences and conversion paths.
- Analyze performance metrics using analytics and search data to refine strategies and prioritize initiatives.
