Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or platform organizations.
- Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS).
- Expertise in scaling automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows).
- Strong knowledge of testing strategies across the pyramid including unit, integration, and API contract testing.
- Proficiency in Cypress, Pact, and K6.
- Front-end knowledge and testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices to improve test signals and pipeline feedback.
- Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams across multiple regions.
- Experience integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to influence engineering and product stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to embed quality into every phase of development through tooling, automation, and reporting.
- Contribute to a modern quality strategy, shifting from UI-based validation toward lower levels of testing to increase reliability.
- Enhance the stability and speed of E2E tests by improving test data setup, isolation, and execution reliability.
- Drive key DORA metrics including test coverage, defect trends, and regression rates to guide infrastructure investments.
- Foster a quality-first mindset across teams and contribute to cross-functional planning, implementation, and deployment reviews.
