Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack applications with a focus on backend development and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
- Expertise in distributed systems and micro-services architectures.
- Strong knowledge of API design, asynchronous processing, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Strong foundation in observability, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and writing clean, maintainable code.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents using Node.js, integrating LLMs into scalable backend services.
- Deliver AI-powered experiences through full-stack applications with React frontends.
- Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure to support AI workloads.
- Develop and optimize APIs that orchestrate AI agents, manage asynchronous processing, and handle complex workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable technical solutions and reduce technical debt.
- Mentor junior engineers on full-stack and AI best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortems to ensure operational standards.
