Requirements
- 4+ years of production full-stack experience in Java and React.
- Advanced, daily use of agentic AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf).
- Proven experience building repeatable, scalable agent workflows.
- Deep understanding of closed-loop quality habits and automated verification (tests, type checks, build validation).
- Strong product instinct with the ability to handle edge cases and deliver polished work.
- End-to-end ownership mindset from idea to production.
- Enterprise software sensibility (defensive coding, security awareness, robust validation).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS (plus).
Responsibilities
- Architect agent-driven workflows—design the context, guardrails, and feedback loops that enable AI agents to produce, test, and verify complete units of work.
- Ship features across the full stack—UI, API, backend, and infrastructure—owning the outcome from spec to release.
- Raise the ceiling for the whole team by packaging and sharing the workflows, rules, and tooling created.
- Hold the quality bar for enterprise customers through thorough testing, clean code reviews, and edge-case handling.
- Coach junior engineers by leading by example and helping them adopt AI-native practices.
- Stay at the frontier by continuously evaluating and integrating new AI models, tools, and techniques.
