Requirements
- 8+ years in IT, Systems, or Platform Engineering.
- 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
- Experience operating GCP and AWS environments (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3).
- Expertise in API engineering using REST, GraphQL, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Deep working knowledge of macOS and Linux.
- Experience managing SSO, SAML, SCIM, and Zero Trust access models.
- Background in supporting or passing security audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Atlassian.
- Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across multiple SaaS platforms.
- Engineer internal automation systems, including scripts, services, and CLI tools using Python, Go, or Bash.
- Build and maintain API-driven integrations to automate CRM, billing, and product usage data.
- Introduce AI technologies to automate support, knowledge retrieval, and operational workflows.
- Develop the internal 'IT Golden Path' for automated onboarding, offboarding, and identity provisioning.
- Ensure continuous adherence to ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR frameworks.
- Deliver high-level IT support with a focus on root-cause analysis and 'person-first' service.
