Requirements
- 4+ years in business systems, technical operations, revenue operations, or workflow automation at a tech company.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience including Flow Builder, permission sets, and sandbox deployment.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration experience including roles, permissions, workflows, and saved searches.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and CRM-to-ERP integrations.
- Experience with data hygiene, deduplication, and bulk data operations.
- Specialist-level knowledge of agentic workflow design using tools like Claude, Zapier, n8n, or similar.
- Fluency in prompt engineering and methodology for evaluating LLM agent outputs.
- Technical fluency to read API documentation, understand payloads, and debug integration failures.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with non-technical stakeholders in Finance and RevOps.
- Experience with sound data governance, PHI boundaries, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade automation and agent workflows across systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Claude, Slack, Linear, and Notion.
- Maintain data integrity and governance, ensuring compliance with HIPAA requirements and internal data policies.
- Manage the release and change management process, including sandbox-to-production deployment and documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day administration of Salesforce and NetSuite, including user management, security settings, and reporting.
- Build and maintain integrations between commercial and financial systems to ensure data consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and maintain a cross-functional roadmap.
- Engineer reliable system prompts and agent configurations using LLMs with disciplined testing methodologies.
- Provide coaching and enablement to team members to upskill them on business systems and AI tooling.
