Requirements
- 5+ years of production full-stack engineering experience on web-based systems.
- Demonstrated experience in tech lead or staff-level roles directing senior engineers.
- Expertise in AI-native engineering, including building context, tooling, and guardrails for autonomous agent development.
- Deep fluency in agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Proven ability to evaluate and select appropriate frontier LLM models based on performance, cost, and latency.
- Experience shipping applications integrating LLMs via APIs, prompt engineering, or agent pipelines.
- Hands-on understanding and application of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Proficiency with AWS and CI/CD pipelines to manage end-to-end product operations.
- Strong product instinct with ability to own features through to enterprise release, including security and edge-case handling.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine the skills, rules, and self-verification harnesses that enable coding agents to deliver production-quality software.
- Dispatch concurrent agent workstreams and treat agent failures as system-design problems to resolve permanently.
- Collaborate with product leadership to ship features rapidly from customer insight to production.
- Develop shared tooling, evaluation frameworks, and context packages to increase the team's engineering throughput.
- Set technical direction, review architecture and PRs, and mentor senior engineers to enforce quality standards.
