Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, AR/AP, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing accounts receivable follow-ups and payment tracking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
- Strong professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify financial discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
- Reliable, proactive approach to remote work.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is preferred.
- Experience with Mercury or similar payment platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor outstanding invoices and conduct follow-ups with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Review payment-related emails and determine necessary next steps.
- Coordinate with internal accounting teams by forwarding payment documentation.
- Support vendor invoice processing and manage billing-related communications.
- Maintain accurate financial records, W9 forms, and payment data.
- Assist with sales commission tracking, calculations, and reporting.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales and invoicing information.
