Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI development, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience building applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly alongside business users throughout the development lifecycle.
- Hands-on exposure to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, or agentic development workflows is preferred.
- Experience working with front-end technologies and full-stack application development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and modern AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience in healthcare or higher education environments is beneficial.
- AI certifications such as AWS AI Practitioner or Microsoft AI-900/AI-102 would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI-driven software solutions using modern cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, leveraging large language models and related AI technologies.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders on a daily basis to understand requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure products deliver measurable value.
- Build high-quality, production-ready applications by implementing comprehensive testing, evaluation frameworks, and quality assurance best practices.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to execute technical designs while proactively identifying design gaps and recommending improvements.
- Contribute to agile delivery teams by translating business needs into scalable technical solutions that support client transformation initiatives.
- Continuously improve engineering practices by embracing modern AI development workflows, automation, and collaborative problem-solving.
