Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel program management, partner operations, alliances, or related roles within enterprise software, cybersecurity, or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner programs across multiple partner types, including distributors, resellers, global system integrators, OEMs, or cloud marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of indirect go-to-market strategies, channel economics, and partner lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to transform strategic priorities into structured programs, scalable processes, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing partner contracts, agreement workflows, and collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using partner relationship management platforms, CRM systems such as Salesforce, eSignature tools, and partner portal technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and operate independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute global partner program strategies by managing program structures, partner tiers, benefits, requirements, incentives, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and improve partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, certifications, sales resources, and partner-facing materials.
  • Own partner onboarding processes, improving workflows and reducing time required for new partners to become fully activated.
  • Manage partner support infrastructure, including portals, relationship management systems, service processes, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate partner agreement workflows with legal and finance stakeholders to ensure efficient contracting and compliance management.
  • Apply consistent program frameworks across distributors, resellers, OEM partners, global system integrators, and cloud marketplace partners.
  • Manage strategic partner relationships, escalations, communications, business reviews, and partner engagement activities.
