Job Details

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year institution.
6–8 years of experience in program management, customer success operations, business strategy, consulting, or related fields.
Proven experience leading transformational initiatives that improve customer experience and operational scalability.
Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution.
Ability to quickly understand business priorities, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executives, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience managing complex projects and navigating competing priorities with diplomacy and sound judgment.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment in fast-moving environments.

Lead the scoping, planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic programs that improve customer experiences and operational performance.
Partner with Customer Success, operations, and business leaders to identify key challenges, define objectives, and deliver scalable solutions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring initiatives remain focused on measurable outcomes.
Build and optimize processes, tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that improve visibility and operational efficiency.
Analyze program performance, measure business impact, and communicate results and recommendations to leadership teams.
Identify operational challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks and improve customer success workflows.
Promote continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and agile program iteration.
