Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing integration projects, including timeline management.
- 5+ years of significant customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to present to security and compliance customer teams.
- Proven communication skills.
- Proven experience with at least one of the following cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and other API protocols.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and git version control system.
- Good understanding of security protocols (nice to have).
- Experience with Kubernetes-based applications (nice to have).
- Computer science degree or equivalent (nice to have).
- Previous Linux System Admin experience (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integrations for large enterprise customers.
- Lead customer onboarding and technical integration projects from planning through production deployment.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Implement and support Kubernetes, compute, networking, storage, and security configurations across multiple cloud providers.
- Automate deployment, upgrade, and operational workflows to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and operational excellence.
