Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or API products.
- Deep end-to-end knowledge of the AP lifecycle, GL coding, accruals, and month-end close processes.
- Hands-on experience with mid-market ERPs like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Acumatica, or QuickBooks.
- Technical proficiency with REST and SOAP, authentication/token handling, webhooks, and pagination.
- Experience reading API payloads and error logs to form technical hypotheses.
- Experience taking integrations or platform features to market.
- Ability to analyze data to drive product decisions.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, specifically fintech, accounting, or ERP-adjacent products.
- Experience collaborating daily with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrations roadmap across the flagship ERPs and the long-tail portfolio.
- Drive platform consolidation by migrating legacy integrations to the modern platform.
- Specify data-mapping requirements, validation rules, and multi-entity routing decisions.
- Ensure accounting accuracy including PO matching, multi-location bill splitting, and 1099 compliance.
- Own integration reliability by managing error handling and customer-visible failure messaging.
- Develop self-serve configuration tooling to reduce engineering dependency.
- Lead partner and marketplace go-to-market motions including NetSuite and Sage Intacct certifications.
- Execute scoping, release readiness, and internal enablement for three major releases per year.
- Prioritize roadmap items using MRR, customer counts, and escalation data.
