Requirements
- Previous experience creating short-form video clips for social media
- Previous social media management experience, including scheduling and publishing content
- Strong understanding of social media content and platform best practices
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms
- CEFR English proficiency rating
- Ability to provide a 1-minute introduction video link
- Ability to create a profile using the Coconut VA template
Responsibilities
- Create short-form clips from an existing backlog of long-form content
- Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms
- Manage and coordinate the social media publishing calendar
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Ensure content is posted consistently according to the content plan
- Organize and maintain content assets
- Collaborate with the team on content priorities and performance
- Support the growth of the company's social media presence through engaging short-form content
