Requirements

- Bias for action and ability to handle configuration, testing, and training tasks.
- Eagerness to learn about SaaS, AI, and the financial technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new customers onto the Eltropy platform, including AI-powered Voice and Digital Agents.
- Support creation, configuration, and testing of SaaS instances and communication flows.
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, and meetings to help ensure timely go-lives.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Create and deliver customer training using virtual sessions, documentation, and tutorials.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and identify product or process improvements.
- Assist in testing new releases, reporting bugs, and supporting release acceptance processes.
