Requirements

  • 8+ years leading enterprise data management, data governance, MDM, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in data quality, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, migration, and business readiness.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks, stewardship models, and data standards.
  • Experience in data mapping, transformation, testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Ability to align enterprise data structures with redesigned business processes for ERP modernization (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Planview, and Visio.
  • Proven experience developing integrated project plans, executive scorecards, and portfolio reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or asset-intensive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise data integrity, governance, quality, master data management, and business data readiness initiatives supporting strategic transformation programs.
  • Serve as primary project manager coordinating data workstreams and partnering with the Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead.
  • Develop and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and sustainable operating practices.
  • Coordinate data readiness plans, including cleansing, normalization, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
  • Partner with ERP implementation teams for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream to ensure data structure and quality.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including milestone schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and executive status reports.
  • Create executive-quality presentations, Steering Committee materials, and KPI scorecards to facilitate decision-making.
  • Support organizational change management by developing training materials, process guides, and communication plans.
