Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in project management, field execution, or customer-facing roles in the electrical or data center industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales and project management disciplines, including technical changes and pricing negotiation.
- Excellent executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Experience with large-scale MTDC/data center projects (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end post-order customer experience and serve as the primary escalation point.
- Maintain oversight of 25+ concurrent projects within a single strategic account.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive risk management, issue resolution, and business reviews.
- Lead, develop, coach, and retain project managers and project engineers.
- Bridge alignment across sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and services teams.
- Ensure adherence to On-Time Delivery (OTD), OTIF (On-Time In-Full), scope, and quality expectations.
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution leadership to drive continuous improvement.
