Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, field execution, or customer-facing roles within the electrical or data center industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience managing large-scale multi-tenant data center projects.
- Proven experience leading multi-site, multi-region project execution and high-revenue strategic accounts.
- People leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of project management disciplines, technical changes, and execution processes.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic account and detailed project execution levels.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of data center and electrical infrastructure environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end post-order customer experience and act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive visibility into active projects, risks, schedules, and program performance across 25+ concurrent initiatives.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Lead customer engagement activities, including operational and business reviews.
- Ensure alignment with delivery commitments, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality expectations.
- Lead, coach, and develop project managers and engineers.
- Serve as a matrix leader across sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and services teams.
- Bridge customer commitments with operational realities by aligning factory capacity and supply chain requirements.
- Engage early in project lifecycles to assess readiness and identify risks.
