Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of electrical industry experience in project/construction management, field services, field sales and/or marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of manager of people experience.
- Data Center Experience.
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide national leadership for Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers.
- Communicate the Strategic Accounts Operations vision across Eaton Services and Project Management organizations.
- Build strong relationships with District Operations Centers, Divisions, and Project Management teams to present a unified front to external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and division policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Drive productivity and growth using EBE principles and digital tools.
- Support strategic goals for Strategic Accounts Operations.
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier Project/Construction Managers.
- Lead training and development initiatives to ensure high productivity and technical excellence.
