Requirements
- 5-8 years in Product Management, with material ownership of a payments, wallet, checkout, or other transactional product area.
- Fluency in payments/wallet concepts: PSPs (Stripe/Adyen/PayPal), ACH/wires, tokenized cards, disputes/chargebacks, KYC/KYB, fraud/risk, ledgers & reconciliation.
- Data-driven operator: Comfortable designing experiments and using SQL to size opportunities and prove ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver releases to high-volume products.
- Proven record aligning multiple teams and shipping complex releases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance mindset with experience partnering with Risk/Legal/Finance on PCI, NACHA, OFAC, and audit-friendly processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the Payments & Wallet roadmap covering checkout, balances, transfers, and payouts.
- Define clear problem statements and PRDs tied to user and business goals.
- Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Support, and Risk.
- Optimize the funnel with experiments improving auth rates and wallet adoption.
- Manage vendors and integrations like PSPs, ACH, KYC/KYB, and risk/fraud services.
- Establish metrics, quantify feature ROI, and inform resourcing trade-offs.
- Align stakeholders on roadmap and maintain clear communication on project status.
- Safeguard trust and compliance in partnership with Risk/Legal/Finance (PCI, ACH, OFAC).
