Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong background and understanding of the chargeback process and industry regulations.
- Experience in managing a high functioning team.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in Google Office Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team environment.
- Strong 'can-do' attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Dispute Defense team to maintain excellent client service.
- Work with clients to help them dispute chargebacks.
- Perform collections for lost chargeback cases.
- Ensure all chargeback responses are submitted within industry timeframes.
- Manage team workload and report on win percentages.
- Monitor chargeback ratios and manage chargeback reduction plans.
- Collaborate with processing partners on vision and process alignment.
- Evolve processes and eliminate manual workflows.
