Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (PATT), Core HCM, and business processes.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, integrations, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture and security models.
  • Experience supporting full lifecycle Workday implementations or significant module expansions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday Pro accreditation or partner certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, including pay components, earnings, deductions, and schedules.
  • Manage Workday Absence functionality, including time-off plans, accrual rules, and leave configurations.
  • Configure and support Workday Time Tracking features such as entry templates and overtime calculations.
  • Design and maintain Workday business processes, including condition rules, calculated fields, and routing logic.
  • Manage Workday security configurations, including role-based security, domain policies, and audits.
  • Perform impact analysis and manage mass data updates using EIB.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements using modern tools.
