Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (PATT), Core HCM, and business processes.
- Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, integrations, and data management.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture and security models.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle Workday implementations or significant module expansions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday Pro accreditation or partner certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, including pay components, earnings, deductions, and schedules.
- Manage Workday Absence functionality, including time-off plans, accrual rules, and leave configurations.
- Configure and support Workday Time Tracking features such as entry templates and overtime calculations.
- Design and maintain Workday business processes, including condition rules, calculated fields, and routing logic.
- Manage Workday security configurations, including role-based security, domain policies, and audits.
- Perform impact analysis and manage mass data updates using EIB.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements using modern tools.
