Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR transformation, process excellence, or management consulting.
- Track record of redesigning cross-functional processes in complex, scaling organizations.
- Deep fluency in Workday data model, workflows, and capabilities to translate process problems into technical requirements.
- Practical fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows, including knowledge of prompting, tool/function calling, and system integration.
- Strong systems-thinking capability to connect strategy, operations, and technology.
- Strong facilitation skills, capable of running workshops with skeptical stakeholders.
- Ability to move fluidly between strategic framing and hands-on execution.
- Clear, concise written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder narratives.
Responsibilities
- Lead current- and future-state process mapping across People initiatives to eliminate friction and reduce manual lift.
- Diagnose root causes of bottlenecks, distinguishing between process flaws, systems limitations, or change management gaps.
- Define documentation, handoffs, and governance frameworks to ensure operational consistency.
- Partner with the People Systems team to convert business challenges into technical specifications for Workday and AI solutions.
- Establish baseline and target metrics and build dashboards to track cycle time, throughput, and cost savings.
- Facilitate high-stakes cross-functional workshops to drive process design and decision-making.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and help teams build scalable habits.
