Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst.
- Expertise in Workday system configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Workday Pro accreditations or Workday partner certifications in HCM, Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) configuration.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
- Strong technical skills in Workday architecture, security models, and integration methodologies.
- Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations or significant module expansions.
- Advanced reporting skills, including matrix/composite reports and EIB usage.
- Experience applying AI tools to HRIS or People operations work.
- Strong relationship-building, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Payroll pay components, earnings, deductions, and period schedules.
- Manage Absence configurations including time-off plans, accrual rules, and leave types.
- Maintain Time Tracking entry templates, validations, work calendars, and overtime calculations.
- Oversee Core HCM foundations such as supervisory organizations, staffing models, and job profiles.
- Design and build business process definitions, including custom validations, routing, and approval logic.
- Partner with the Payroll team to troubleshoot configuration-driven issues and perform impact analysis for system changes.
- Manage the Workday security model, including security groups, domain policies, and integration system users.
- Lead system updates, documentation, and enablement for new functionality.
- Support security and data audits using custom reporting to ensure integrity.
