Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR transformation, process excellence, management consulting, or related fields within complex, scaling organizations.
- Proven experience redesigning cross-functional processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Workday, including its data model, workflows, and capabilities.
- Practical understanding of AI tools and agent-based workflows, including prompting, automation opportunities, system integrations, and solution design.
- Strong systems-thinking abilities with the capacity to connect operations, employee experience, data, and technology.
- Experience facilitating workshops and aligning diverse stakeholders toward clear outcomes.
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead current-state and future-state process mapping across key People Operations initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve execution.
- Diagnose root causes of operational challenges by evaluating process gaps, system limitations, and change management needs.
- Design scalable processes, documentation standards, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for People systems, automation solutions, and workflow improvements.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI tools, automation, and digital solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with People Systems, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure solutions are supported by reliable data and effective system architecture.
- Establish and monitor success metrics such as cycle times, throughput, error reduction, cost savings, and adoption rates.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders, define future-state processes, and drive decision-making.
- Promote AI adoption and technology fluency across People teams through experimentation, education, and practical applications.
