Job Details

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, pharmacoeconomics, public health, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant healthcare industry experience with expertise in HEOR methods and observational research.
At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Strong background in consulting and translating technical research findings into business recommendations.
Experience evaluating research outcomes and presenting insights through executive-level presentations.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes is a plus.
Experience with SharePoint is preferred.

Lead retrospective cohort studies using real-world data sources, including claims data and electronic health records.
Develop and execute research proposals, study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and analytical strategies.
Serve as an HEOR subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance across research initiatives and business opportunities.
Analyze research findings and oversee the development of reports, presentations, abstracts, and manuscripts.
Manage multiple research and analytics projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate project teams and provide consulting expertise to translate healthcare data into actionable insights.
Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support new engagements.
