Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years’ relevant experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare consulting, advisory services, or a life sciences company strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health economics, health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, business administration, law, or relevant discipline.
- Advanced consulting and project management acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical product and medical device development cycle and the role of HEOR is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects, including protocol development, statistical analysis plans, and data analysis.
- Manage multiple mid to large-sized projects and teams from initiation through delivery.
- Conceptualize project scopes and assemble cross-functional teams.
- Translate research findings into strategic recommendations for life sciences clients.
- Contribute to project profitability, business development, sales, and writing Statements of Work (SOW).
- Mentor, supervise, and train staff members.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
