Requirements
- Minimum seven years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.
- Deep expertise in HEOR methods, specifically observational research and retrospective real-world data.
- Minimum three years of successful project management experience from inception to completion.
- Experience tracking budgets, developing project plans, and managing client engagements.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint knowledge.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in HEOR, pharmacoeconomics, health economics, public health, or relevant discipline.
- Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with IRB is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead retrospective cohort studies leveraging claims, EHR, and SDOH data assets.
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing scope-of-work proposals, study protocols, and statistical analysis plans.
- Serve as a principal HEOR subject matter expert for the firm and clients.
- Support business growth with new and existing clients using superior consulting acumen.
- Plan, track, and manage project schedules, resource requirements, and client deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver research findings via presentations, manuscripts, and white papers.
- Ensure team compliance with internal policies, HIPAA, and data confidentiality standards.
