Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Consultants supporting a streaming services program.
- Drive team performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing action plans.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance discussions, and professional guidance.
- Manage key operational metrics including attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and overall team effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve customer experience and operational outcomes.
- Provide leadership updates on customer trends, team performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with employees and promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Support organizational initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure consistent communication of expectations, processes, and performance goals.
- Encourage employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth within the team.
