Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of overall information technology experience.
- Proven experience in software engineering, application integration, architecture analysis, and system testing.
- Strong experience working with Oracle or SQL Server databases in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Python development, Java, or J2EE applications.
- Knowledge of network protocols and system architecture principles.
- Experience designing test cases, performing integration testing, and applying risk-based testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, implement, test, and manage technology solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Develop and execute architecture strategies, feasibility studies, and integration analyses.
- Gather and define architecture requirements while ensuring solutions align with established IT standards and project guidelines.
- Analyze application architectures, conduct risk assessments, and establish appropriate testing environments.
- Support database development, software integration, and testing between applications, databases, and external systems.
- Develop Python-based scripts, websites, and automation solutions to support engineering initiatives.
- Work with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other database technologies in UNIX, VMS, and Windows environments.
- Design and execute test cases, integration scenarios, and risk-based testing approaches.
- Create technical reports, analysis documents, and architecture artifacts.
- Collaborate with customers, project teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners.
